End of Restriction means you’re leaving a zone where a specific limit or prohibition was in effect, so those restrictions no longer apply. Beyond this sign, you follow the normal rules for the road and any general speed limit or driving requirements that apply to that roadway, unless another sign sets a new restriction. It’s not signaling anything about traffic lights, nor does it indicate One Way Only or No Entry—the latter two are shown by different signs.
